CSA Box Program

We are excited to announce the return of our CSA Program! Our test launch in August went so well that we decided to extend the CSA for the Fall, starting on September 19 and ending on November 21.

The deadline to signup is September 13. We also added a new pick-up location in Leland at Brunswick Beer and Cider.

There are only 50 shares available, so be sure to sign up early to reserve yours. Thanks for your commitment to shopping local and supporting FDE and farmers!

What to expect: Each subscription comes with 10 boxes of local products delivered weekly. Each box will contain 6-8 items from small farms. For the Fall CSA, you can look forward to apples, pumpkins, and value-added products like pecans alongside your other in-season produce!

Dates: Delivery will be on Thursdays, starting September 19th-November 21st

Pick-up Locations/Times: Customers will have the option to pick up boxes on Thursdays, at the following locations and times:

  1. Burgaw, at the Historic Train Depot, from 1pm-3pm.
  2. Wilmington, at Butchers Market on Oleander, from 4pm-6pm.
  3. Wilmington, at Veggie Wagon on Masonboro, from 4pm-8pm (this pickup location has limited spots)
  4. Leland, at Brunswick Beer & Cider, from 4pm-9pm (this pickup location has limited spots)

Add-ons: Each week customers will have the option to purchase additional products to be delivered with their CSA box, including eggs, goat cheese, honey and meat.

Cost: $400, paid at time of reservation. We accept e-check and credit cards (e-check preferred).
