Wendy’s endearing asset, personally and professionally, is her ability to understand and listen to people. She can easily blend carefree conversation with sensitivity and depth, while finding similarities between the person with whom she’s speaking and hers. Connecting people is her passion, and she has managed a dual career raising significant funds for local, regional, and national non-profits and succeeding as a published author.

Wendy lives with her husband, Scott, and their chocolate lab, May, in Wilmington. She has two daughters. Abbie is a recent graduate, and Julia is a sophomore, both at Clemson University. Wendy enjoys all things water...fishing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and chilling with friends. Great food, great music, and great company make for the perfect day.
