Keith Griffin

Born in Monroe, North Carolina, Keith spent most of his life in Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Having worked in restaurants since he was 16 years old, it was no surprise that he ended up attending culinary school in Washington D.C. While in school, Keith worked in many fine dining restaurants, including Massanutten Four Seasons Resort and Lansdowne Resort. 

After graduating with a Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts degree, Keith joined the Aramark team at James Madison University as a Culinary Operations Supervisor.  He later transferred to Elon University as the Hospitality Services Director with the Harvest Table Culinary Group, served as the Director of Operations at UNC Chapel Hill, and then as the Director of Culinary Development with Harvest Table Culinary Group before taking on his new position as Executive Director of Hospitality at UNCW.

When not at work, Keith enjoys exercising, playing sports, and spending time with his wife, Morgan, and daughter, Maddie.
